New Policies and Procedures effective 3/1/2011

Location Fees

We have implemented an onsite location fee.  The Phoenix, Metro area is $75.00. 

For locations outside the Metro Phoenix area, please contact us for specific pricing. 

Our Phoenix metro location fee is already included in our (Photo Shoot Extended Package) which is $450.00.

All other on-site photography and project consultations will now have the location fee automatically added in addition to the photography packageof your choice or your onsite project consultation.     

Consultations

Initial startup project quotations are free via email and phone.  If a project consultation is requested at your place of business, a pre-paid location fee will be required.

Existing Client Project Consultations

Consultations are $40.00 per hour to discuss and plan your projects.  Consultations must be scheduled in advance, please call or email us to schedule a project consultation.

Location Prep Fees

Locations to be photographed should be clean and ready to shoot when our photography team arrives.  Should our team need to assist with straightening, clean up or reorganization; a fee will be added to the photo shoot at a rate of $25.00 per hr.

Photography

• A location fee must be paid in advance to schedule a photo shoot.  The entire balance of your photo shoot must be paid before portraits are delivered or websites are updated. All photo shoots include finished images. Please note: there are additional fees for whitening teeth, removing of tan lines, removal of items that are beyond the photographers ability to remove during the photo shoot If a clinet wants an item removed or retouchhed their will be additional fees acessed on a hourly basis.

• Video Services

• All video services include a location fee. All video taping services must have the location fee pre-paid to schedule the video shoot. Raw project video will be delivered on DVD after the final payment has been made. Final video production (post production work) is not included in your video shoot quotation.
• Di's Creative Edge will provide you with a quote for additional post editing fees.
• An agreement form must be signed prior to DCE starting production on final products and a 1/2 down deposit must be made, your final project will be delivered once the final payment has been made.

Printing Services

All printing services will be printed by an outside printing company.  Di's Creative Edge will no longer do in house printing effective 5/4/2011. 

Website Design Services

We must have a signed website contract emailed or faxed to us before we start a website project with a new client. A deposit of 1/2 down is required to start your project.

Current clients: any website changes will require a request though our website or via email. We will then send you an estimate and require a deposit. We will get your changes added to our design schedule once the payment has been made.

Equipment Liability

All equipment that is property of Di's Creative Edge shall be handled only by an employee of Di's Creative Edge.
